It’s easy to see how consumer behaviour has changed in the last decade. But while some see the change as a threat to their business, clever companies see the opportunity of transforming to a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model.
Research by PA Consulting found a quarter of consumer good companies expect D2C channels to add 20% to their sales by 2020. But making the shift isn’t as easy as building a website.
