Regulators need to move from watchdogs of industry to champions of the public. That’s according to the latest research from PA Consulting.
The survey of more than 2,000 consumers and 500 business leaders showed 83 per cent see regulators as a force for good, but they’re all-too-often playing catch up. And businesses expect to lose revenue if regulators don’t evolve to keep pace with disruptive change in the next two to three years.
