The Oxford Fintech Programme: high-impact, world-class, digital learning

Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, is collaborating with leaders in online education, GetSmarter, to deliver the entirely-online Oxford Fintech Programme

The programme examines current and emerging technologies around money, payments, market analyses, and consumer experience, and explores key principles and frameworks around fintech, regtech, proptech and social inclusion. The ten-week programme covers topics ranging from blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to crowdfunding and quantum computing.

The finance and tech industries are evolving at astonishing rates, setting the stage for an exciting future in fintech innovation. With the rapid rates of expansion and change, however, comes a higher-than-ever need for industry players to not only keep up with the speed of evolution, but to also upskill themselves in such a manner that enables them to seize opportunities emergent in the field of their interest.

In this internet age, finding information online about any and every subject is easier than ever – but how can anyone gauge the validity and relevance of content, when anyone with an internet connection and a device can create an article?

The solution to this uncertainty is to ensure you’re exposed to knowledge and insights of established industry leaders and global fintech experts. Learning from proven authorities on the subject – while being guided by input from active, successful professionals in the field of financial technology – allows you to ensure you gain the most valuable and appropriate expertise possible. (Learning online, through a highly supportive and interactive learning journey, allows you to do so at your own convenience, from anywhere in the world.)

The Oxford Fintech Programme does just that.

Created by Programme Co-conveners Professor Nir Vulkan and David Shrier, the ten-week programme includes the latest industry expertise on trends relating to fintech, regtech, proptech, disruption and innovation. Featuring input from international industry giants, the programme is guided by the best minds in their respective fields.
